Every product is chosen for durability first — this is gear for people who depend on it.
Built for DIYers
Straightforward specs and no-nonsense listings for builders who know what they need.
Small Shop Friendly
Quantities and pricing that work for hobbyists and small integration shops alike.
Direct Support
Questions about chemistry, welding, or pack design go straight to a real person.
How It Works
Pick your cells, weld your pack, go off-grid.
From choosing a chemistry to welding the final terminal, here's what it takes to build a battery pack that holds up.
Pick your chemistry
Choose LTO for cycle life and cold-weather duty, or LiFePO4 for steady, high-capacity storage.
Size the pack
Work out cell count and configuration for your voltage and capacity target.
Weld the terminals
Use a CD stud welder to bond terminals without overheating or damaging the cells.
Go off-grid
Put the finished pack to work in solar storage, backup power, or mobile setups.

Frequently Asked Questions
Batteries, welders, and off-grid builds.
What's the difference between LTO and LiFePO4?
LTO (lithium titanate) offers exceptional cycle life, fast charging, and strong cold-weather performance. LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) offers high capacity and stable, long-term storage at a lower cost per watt-hour. Both are safe, off-grid-friendly chemistries.
Why do I need a CD stud welder?
Capacitive discharge (CD) stud welding bonds terminals to cells with a very short, high-current pulse, minimizing heat transfer into the cell. It's the standard method for building battery packs without degrading cell health.
